We know it has been a while since our last post, however Counterpoint has been very busy having an amazing end to a fantastic semester!
We had a jam-packed mid-semester concert in Rock Common Room at Bryn Mawr (thank you to everyone who came out to hear us sing!) and we had a blast introducing our newest members and debuting a few new songs.
We also were delighted to sing at Haverford’s Relay for Life event to help raise cancer awareness.
We had so much fun singing for Bryn Mawr’s accepted students weekend (we hope you all come out to audition!) (if you are a prospective student that wants more info on auditions, check out our webpage: www.counterpointac.org)
After a smashing May Day performance at Bryn Mawr, we ended our semester with our final concert at Haverford’s Founder’s Auditorium, and our final goodbye to our senior this year, Anceline Eustache (BMC ’12).
Oh……..last but not least……….WE FINISHED OUR CD!!! It has been three years in the making, and it is some of our best work yet! We are so proud of it! If you would like a copy of our CD, entitled “And Everything In Between,” please email Kat (kcunningha@brynmawr.edu) or drop by our booth at Bryn Mawr or Haverford’s respective Fall Frolics to pick one up for free! (that’s right, you heard us, FREE).
We’d like to thank everyone for their love and support of Counterpoint this year. You mean the world to us!
And to Anceline, our very special senior, we wish you all the best in your endeavors! You will be missed! Keep singing!
